Forest Lodge, Townhouse/apartment share in FOREST LODGE, New South Wales for sale

HI,
We are looking for a new housemate to move in asap! We live in a lovely house/apartment in Forest Lodge (near Glebe and Camperdown suburbs). It is super close to public transport (buses on Parramatta road every 10 mins), to Newtown King street (15 minute walk), Glebe point road and Broadway (15 minute walk) and just across the road from Sydney Uni.
Bedroom is unfurnished, and applicant would be sharing a bathroom with myself.
We are both very clean, easy going and friendly people who are looking for someone who wants new housemates and make new friends too :). I am 23 and working and studying, and Mikayla is 24 and studying.
We would ideally be looking for someone to stay long term and we would also like to meet you before we make any decisions.
Rent is $265/week (water included) and Bond is $1100. Internet and electiricity payments not included in price.
